Trieste, the regional capital, is a Central European and cosmopolitan city.

Its long coastline offers incredible views of the white cliffs, quiet coves, harbors and marinas, but especially on a fantastic beach.
Behind it we have Karst with its bare and wild nature, ideal for walking and relaxing.
Muggia is the last italian town before Slovenia, its historic center in a typical Venetian style extends between the castle and the small port.

Monrupino a village which houses a fortified fortress and a sanctuary.
In San Dorligo Valley you can visit the natural reserve of Val Rosandra and in Sgonico the Giant Grotta and the botanical garden of Carsiana.
Around here the fish cuisine and strong flavors of the Austro-Hungarian influences accompany the typical wines of Karst, like the red wines Teran and Refosco and the white ones Malvasia  and Vitovska.
