It will be followed, on August 11 and 12, by two Calici di Stelle nights at the Diga Nazario sauro – Nazario Sauro Damp, by the sea, with a list of 30 winemakers proposing their wines, along with local products guaranteed by the regional-sponsored brand “Io Sono FVG” (I am FVG). A chance not to be missed to taste both delicious food and incredible local wines, plus open air, caressed by the gentle sea breeze...
Cena Spettacolo – Show Dinner, live cooking by gourmet chefs
The Tuesday event, promoted by the consortium Friuli Venezia Giulia Via dei Sapori and its associates, involves 21 of the best restaurants in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Their chefs will cook especially designed dishes live in front of the attendeees, each of them proposing seasonal delicacies to be matched by a selection of the local winemakers' and spirits-makers'. Even a group of local farmers, bakeries and consortiums will participate with their typical products. Live music, wines and local delicacies: a great mix for two great nights. The Calici di Stelle events all over Italy and Friuli Venezia Giulia are promoted by Movimento Turismo del Vino and its regional delegation Movimento Turismo del Vino FVG, and are traditionally held open air in August in order to combine wine tastings with beautiful locations.
In Grado, on August 11 and 12, from 8 pm up to midnight, the wine tastings will feature wines from the following 29 Friulian winemakers: Albafiorita, Borgo Conventi, Borgo delle Rose, Borgo Fornasir, Bucovaz Wines, Cantina Ballaminut, Ca' Tullio, Conte d'Attimis Maniago, Conti della Frattina, De Puppi, Elio Vini, Ferrin Paolo, Korsic Wines, La Magnolia, Lavaroni Vini Biologici, Le Due Torri, Marcuzzi Viticola, Pontoni Flavio, Roi Clar, Sosol, Spolert Winery, Subida di Monte, Torre Rosazza, Truant, Vigna Lenuzza, Vigne del Malina, Villa Vasi, Vini Brojli, Vini Tami.
