Offering a wide range of artists, both national and international, both from a more indie scene and with a global fan-base, the festival has grown more and more enviromental-friendly through the years: to reduce its carbon footprint, festival-goers are requested to reach the location by sustainable transports (by foot, by bike) as much as possible, to download tickets on their mobiles before getting there, and to sort their waste into specific bins in the designated area for trash and recycling.
The Natural Sound
Moreover, No Borders Music Festival will offer a full program of activities to experience the beautiful nature in the surroundings – the Lakes of Fusine, Montasio's Upland and Conca Prevala del Canin – combined with local cultural aspects and daylight concerts. The program of The Natural Sound includes: forest bathing, bike (at 8.30 am) and naturetrails (9.30 am) on July 1 and 20, and before the concerts at midday of Cilio (2 July), PaSkistan (15 July), Doro Gjat(16 luglio), Duranti (22 July) and Duo Polaris (23 July).
These activities have reserved access for those who already own a ticket, but reservation is still mandatory (at least two days before each event) by mail: [email protected]
For bike trips, the meeting point is at the Rent-a-Bike Valle Verde: starting from there, the route will follow the Ciclovia Alpe Adria up to the Lakes. For all the other cultural activities, the meeting point is by the 7 Nani (7 Dwarves) Booth at the Superior Lake of Fusine.
